A lovely Sterling two-handled presentation cup with lid, approximately 9" tall, 8.5' wide, 908 grams, presented in 1913 by Governor-General The Duke of Connaught at the Montreal Horse Show. With Governor-General's arms at center near top, just to right of 1912 London hallmarks, and mounted on a black polished base. Five lines of engraved dedication on back top near rim. Lot includes custom wooden transport case by Garrard & Company of London; total 27 oz of fine Silver, and a fine display piece!
