A mixed lot of earlier correspondence from the 1870's-1880's, consisting of 5 or 6 double-sided letters, together with three additional letters still in covers with orange Three-Cent Victorian stamps. Mainly maritime in origin, with destinations of St. John (N.B.), Pictou (Nova Scotia), Halifax and New Dublin; with family names of Thomas, Wilson, McLean. A nice fresh lot, and interesting glimpse into Victorian-era correspondence. (Lot of 10+ pages and 3 covers).
