A matched pair of Allied Victory Medal and 1914-18 War Medal, both impressed: "246601 PTE. E. BALDEY 24 - CAN INF", both with original ribbons on a Birks suspension bar. A resident of Ottawa, Edwin Baldey enlisted on July 18, 1916, and served with the 207th Canadian Infantry Battalion. (a Union Jack handkerchief of the 207th in the collection of the Canadian War Museum bears Baldey's signature)
