France, Louis XV (1715-1774) - a 1719-A [Paris Mint] 20 Sols (1/6 Ecu) issued under the authority of Scotsman John Law. The 1719-1720 issue of this coin circulated extensively in New France and Acadia. Slightly better than Very Fine, exhibits adjustment marks (to reduce weight) between 11 to 12 o'clock on the obverse.
