A complete sixty-three piece set of Havasu-London Bridge commemorative medals, including 40 pieces in small custom album prepared by the designer of the medals (1971-2003), in all issued metals including Pewter, Bronze, Copper and Nickel Silver, together with a dozen or so additional unrelated medals. A most interesting set of medals issued by the Rotary Club, all with common theme of the London Bridge - first constructed in England in 1825, eventually sold at auction to an American who faithfully reconstructed the bridge at Lake Havasu City, Arizona, after a remarkable journey through the Panama Canal, and then by truck from Long Beach California to Arizona. The bridge was rededicated in 1971, and the first "London Bridge Rotary Club Dollar" Token issued late that following year. A most interesting set, and very challenging to assemble complete.
