A lot of 3 early Colonial Currency notes: (1) Two Shillings 1781, Connecticut; (2) Two Shillings & Six Pence 1781, Connecticut; (3) Five Shillings 1782, Connecticut. Average VG-Fine for the type, with typical rough edges, [deliberate] cuts, and back tape-repairs to the two lower denominations. Included are the early detailed envelopes from the Littleton Coin Company in which these were originally offered. A presentable and historically-notable trio of notes. (Lot of 3 notes)
