A 1914-1918 War Medal and Allied Victory Medal pair, impressed to "315874 DVR. E.C. EMBURY C.A.S.C.". A resident of Hamilton, Ontario, Edwin Charles Embury enlisted in February of 1916, and was discharged in May of 1919 after serving with the 47 Battery of the Canadian Army Service Corps. Lot includes several copied pages from his service file, together with a coloured enamel "Service at the Front" pin and original sepia-tone photograph of Embury in his uniform.
