A pair of Allied Victory and 1914-1918 War Medals, edge-impressed to "177503 PTE D MC LAREN 87-CAN . INF", together with a original unused ribbons and a trio of pins, including Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry. Born August 30, 1896 in Renfrew, Ontario (with home address listed as Carleton Place), Private McClaren enlisted on November 11, 1915. Serving with the Canadian Grenadier Guards Overseas Battalion, he fell in battle on November 1st, 1916.
