A one ounce .999 Silver bar struck by Johnson Matthey & Mallory, issued by Western Silver Ltd. in 1975 to commemorate the Burquitlam (British Colombia) Lions Project. Rev: [vertical format] multi-storey building at center, "Burquitlam / Lions Project / 1971" above, Lions crest at lower-left, text below "1975 / L.J. Christmas Manor". Obv [horizontal format] "Western Silver Ltd" at top, serial number 000586 below, in further two lines of text: "1 oz Troy Silver / .999 Fine", finally with small JM&M logo within circle at lower left. The first example of this bar we've seen, nice UNC with minor scuffing of obverse fields. (This item is HST exempt)
