An interesting trio of Government of Canada invitations, as follows: (1) 18 X 14 cm uniface invite on card-stock, English only text, extended by the Minister of National Revenue (and Madame Cote), join Governor General and Mrs. Michener to a Gala Programme at the National Arts Centre in celebration of Canada Day, July 1st, 1970; (2) 18.5 X 14.5 cm one-side invitation on white card stock, extended by The Secretary of State to join the Governor General and Mrs. Michener to the Dominion Day ceremony on Parliament Hill, July 1st, 1968; (3) together with a 15 X 12 fold-over invitation on white linen card-stock, gold seal of Canada at front-center, with bilingual interior text, extended by the Ministers of Public Works and Veterans Affairs (Arthur Laing and J.E. Dube), inviting "Mademoiselle Charlotte Richer" to the official opening of the New Ste. Anne's Hospital in Ste. Anne-de-Bellevue, Quebec, on September 13th, 1970. (Lot of 3 pieces of ephemera)
